Each of us owns nothing more valuable than our own story. This is a chance to tell it—right now, in the middle of an epic moment in history.
By speaking honestly about your fears, longings, and lived experiences, clarity emerges. Self-awareness deepens. Emotional intelligence grows. Your ability to connect with others expands. A video time capsule is created as the ultimate and authentic way to say “THIS IS ME!”

An SEL Solution for Middle and High Schools
THIS IS ME allows students to build the competence they need to direct their lives.
Using the power of their own voice, students will have a vital opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and to process the world around them. Through THIS IS ME’s complementary curriculum, students will engage in reflection, experience protection through the building of coping skills and innovative key word technology, and build stronger connections to their school community.
Complimentary curriculum grounded in SEL benchmarks, builds on the guided verbal journaling sessions for a cohesive and engaging experience for students. Life skills in reappraisal, self-compassion, empathy, supporting a friend in distress, emotional survival skills, building an inclusive community, and connecting with one’s identify and culture are all topics explored in THIS IS ME.
REFLECTION
THIS IS ME invites students to engage in self-reflection in an engaging way. The program is based on the brain science surrounding journaling.
PROTECTION
Our app has keyword technology built-in to flag “words of concern” alerts that, while honoring the confidentiality of the student, has the potential to identify and prevent a crisis.
CONNECTION
We build connection between students within their own schools as well as across the globe through the THIS IS ME Film Festival.
