FILMS
Teens who participate in THIS IS ME at their schools also have the optional opportunity to use their private video journals to create a short-film about themselves for the annual film festival.
The building of these short films:
provides an opportunity for teens to review their private video journals to enhance self-reflection,
allows teens to develop a particular theme in their private video journals that they can share with other students… in doing so, they may feel less alone
gives teens opportunity to develop basic video editing skills and to mix socially with other students with film making interests

THE THIS IS ME INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL
The film festival is a cross-school event of teens around the world who are using the program and want to take it this added step. The film-festival takes place every Spring. Your school will have more information about this opportunity. Here's is the result of last year's film festival!
